Nantasket Beach is an exposed beach break that receives consistent surf and works all year round. Offshore winds blow from the west. Waves here are equally possible from both wind or groundswell. Optimum swell direction is from the northeast. This spot offers manageable right and lefthanders. The best tidal phase here is mid-tide. Crowds can be a factor when conditions are good.
