Description
Reid is 1.5 miles of sandy beach divided into 3 distinct sections.
The terrain here varies between rocky spots, inlets and dunes. It also
offers scenic views of the Seguin Island lighthouses, Cuckolds, and Hendricks
Head. Parking exists for up to 1000 cars. Facilities include concessions,
restrooms and a bathhouse. Lifeguards are on duty here in-season. A picnic
area is available, as well. Along with being a recreational resource,
this is also a nesting area for endangered least terns, piping plovers
and other shorebirds.

Directions
From Route 1 in Woolwich, follow Route 127 south for 13 miles. The park
is located on Seguinland Road in Georgetown.
