Descriptions
This area is located at the causeway to Marblehead Neck (aka Ocean Avenue). Terrain here consists of sandy beachfront on the left with rocks (and the causeway) bordering the edge and cobblestones on the right side. Facilities include restrooms, concessions and a picnic area. Parking is available in a medium-sized municipal lot and requires a daily fee during the summer. Lifeguards are also on duty here in-season.


 

 

Directions
Take Rt I-95 to Rt 128 to exit 25 (Rt 114). Follow Rt 114 east through Peabody and Salem into Marblehead. In Marblehead, continue through three stoplights. At the next light (look for the fire station), turn right on Ocean Ave. Go straight through the next stoplight and continue on to Devereaux Beach.

I think that this beach is very beautiful, relaxing, and fun. The last time I went to this beach, was last summer and I remember the great memories I had there. I recommend for people to go to this beach it is a five star beach.
