tells of the evolution of both Cape Cod and Cape Codders.

Cape Cod is an anecdotal history of
Cape Cod from colonial times to the present. In it you will read about the

such diverse businesses as whaling, fishing, ship building, shipping, skunk oil
sales, saltworks, cranberries, canal building and tourism. You'll come to
