West Dennis Beach, Dennis

Description: West Dennis Beach is the most popular beach in the Mid-Cape area. Located just east of Bass River, this beach stretches for more than a mile. Its eastern end is reserved for Dennis residents. However, the western end is less crowded and open to everybody else.

The Bass River Lighthouse is also located nearby. West Dennis features complete concessions, restrooms and showers. Ten lifeguard stations make this a safe beach environment. With a 1120-car lot capacity, parking is almost always plentiful here. Visitors are subject to a daily $15 fee in-season.
