The entries to our 2006 Fishing Contest show fishing as a family activity. Fathers and grandfathers teach sons and daughters and grandkids. Wives indulge husbands and learn to love fishing too. Traditions are handed down. Sometimes big fish are caught, more often not. Regardless of outcome, fishing is enjoyed because it brings people together with each other and with the natural world.
