7am. Tiny, lumpy, mushy waves. It's cold. NNW wind at 10+ makes it colder. There's a decent chance for clean, head high, well-shaped stuff and warmer air on Tuesday and Wednesday. The tide is coming up and the little swell will stop working in about an hour. You could go. The waves are longboardable... I'm gonna drink some more coffee and ponder this until the tide is up and it's too late anyway. 9am. Just back from taking a live peek at Nauset/Pochet. Tide is up and waves breaking on the beach, but it looks like thigh to maybe even waist on sets when tide backs down... better than the cam shows. Wind is going west this afternoon. Maybe head out at 3pm. 4:30pm. I went. As always, glad I did. Checked out Nauset Beach, CG and Nauset Light. CG looked best. Went there. Generally thigh high with occ. waist. Shape was ok at best.
