Description
Scusset Beach, located on Cape Cod Bay at the Cape Cod Canal's eastern side, is a very popular recreational area. Its campground is very popular with RVers. Scusset also offers saltwater fishermen a pier and 1.5 miles of canal shoreline.

During summertime, this beach remains relatively uncrowded. Most visitor traffic is concentrated within the camping area then.
Scusset is also a perfect spot for viewing boats and ships pass through the canal. Public facilities here consist of restrooms, showers and a picnic area. Concessions are available at the park's snack bar. Lifeguards are on duty in-season.

Directions
From the north: Follow Rte. 3 to the Sagamore Bridge Rotary. Go 3/4 way around the rotary to Scusset Beach Rd. Follow it for 4 miles to park entrance. From the west/south: Take 495 south to the Bourne Bridge Rotary. From there follow Rte. 6 east to the Sagamore Rotary. Travel 1/2 way around the rotary to Scusset Beach Rd.
