Description
This is one of the few places in Rhode Island where sunsets are visible over the water. The beach itself is usually uncrowded and peaceful. Its jetty is a fishing hotspot. Charleston also offers good views of boat traffic entering New Harbor. Parking lies at the end of Champlin Road. No facilities exist here. Activities include swimming, wildlife observation and fishing.
