Description
Wallis Sands is especially popular with families. It offers pristine white sand. Lifeguards are on duty in-season. Facilities here include a bathhouse and showers. Wallis offers scenic views of the Isles of Shoals and Route 1A on its northern side. Plan to arrive early, as the parking lot fills up quickly. A general store is also located at this beach, along with a grassy field suitable for games like frisbee, wiffle ball or volleyball.

Directions
From I-95, Take exit 5 to the Route 1 Bypass South to Route 1S. Follow Route 1S to the lights near Yoken's Restaurant. Turn left on Elwyn Road. Go thru one stop sign and merge onto Route 1A S. Follow it past the Seacoast Science Center. After a few miles, Wallis Sands State Beach will be on your left.
