From East: Take I-95 S to exit 16, bearing left off ramp. Turn left on East Ave.
Turn left on Cemetery St., following to Gregory Blvd. Bear right & then go left
at rotary. Finally, turn right on Calf Pasture Beach Rd. to beach entrance.
From West: Take I-95 N to exit 16 & turn right on East Ave. Turn left on
Cemetery St. & continue to Gregory Blvd. Bear right & go left at rotary.
Then turn right on Calf Pasture Beach Rd. to beach entrance.

Description: Shady Beach in the Calf Pasture area is a large 33-acre shoreline designated for family recreation. Beach volleyball and kayak rentals are available here. Sand is relatively clean with just some small rocks mixed in. Norwalk rakes the beach daily during the summer. Facilities include public restrooms, concessions, picnic area and a pier. During the season, free parking can be found a half-mile up the road at the Marvin School.
