Town Neck Beach, Sandwich
 Town Neck Beach
Description: Town Neck is a popular Upper Cape beach destination. This area offers great views of boats passing through the Cape Cod Canal. From its long boardwalk, you can also enjoy a scenic walk over the marsh to the dunes.
A beach rejuvenation was completed here in 2004 using sand dredged from the Canal, filtering out any rocks formerly present.
One nice feature here is the inner beach lining the creek and nearby marsh. People often camp on the beach and kayak, fish or dive in the creek. Follow the inner beach to its end, and you'll find the creek's mouth at the ocean. Visitors can park in the beachfront lot, or further away at the Sandwich Boardwalk.
