South Cape Beach Mashpee

Description: South Cape is a beautiful spot to enjoy a day at the beach. It offers some good scenic views of Martha's Vineyard.

This area is operated by both the Town of Mashpee, which maintains a residents-only parking lot, and the MA Department of Environmental Management. The state maintains its own larger public lot and charges non-residents a daily parking fee.

Lifeguards are on duty here in-season. Restrooms facilities are also present.

Directions: Take Great Neck Road South off the Mashpee Rotary. Follow it for 3.5 miles straight to the beach.
