Jacknife Harbor , Chatham
Description: Jacknife Harbor resides on Pleasant Bay and is shared by Chatham and Harwich, although it is offically a Chatham town beach. There are only tiny waves, which makes this a great beach for young children to splash and play. The water here is also much warmer than on the Atlantic.
This beach is located beside Rte. 28 between Chatham and Harwich on the Chatham
town line. There is parking along the street for approximately 15 cars and in a lot beside the beach for approximately 60 cars. There are no
lifeguards, no public facilities and no fees.
