Aptly named Stony Beach in Hull is located just north of Nantasket.  The beach offers little sand and many rocks.  It is exposed to powerful waves from the northeast. There are good views of islands in Boston Harbor and three WWII era forts within less than a mile: Fort Andrews, Fort Duvall and Fort Revere.  This is a great place to watch boats on a fine summer day.
