Description
Ellisville Harbor is actually a MA state park. It features an 18th century homestead, barrier beach, pine woods, marshlands and grassy prairies. It's also one of the South Shore's most scenic coastal areas.

This beach is also a great vantage point to view passing boat traffic. Favorite recreational activities here include hiking, birdwatching and beachcombing. During the off-season, harbor seals are commonly sighted close to shore.

Facilities here consist of public restrooms. A 30-car lot offers free parking for visitors. There are no lifeguards on duty at the shoreline.

Directions
Take Route 6 to Rte.3 North heading towards Plymouth. Then take Route 3A North and watch for park signs on your righthand side.
