Description
This area is Rhode Island's most popular seaside park. It offers beautiful natural surroundings with lush vegetation, fields and tree stands comprising 62 deciduous and 19 evergreen species. Additional amenities consist of a nine-hole golf course, 11 sports fields, and a new performing arts center for special events. Amenities include restrooms, a bathhouse, picnic area and hiking trails. Pets are not allowed here. There is no fee for parking. Activities include swimming, walking and hiking.

 

 

Directions
Take I-95 South to Rte. 4 South to the East Greenwich exit. Then turn right on Division St. towards Rte. 1 South & follow signs to Goddard Memorial State Park.

Spring Lake is located near the north western corner of Rhode Island near the Massachusetts border. The sand beach covers 750 feet of shoreline.
