Nice Beach
First off, that comment above me is absolutely terrible......You are probably on this site to learn about the beach, not about some disgruntled person's distorted view of CT. So, my experience at Walnut beach was great. The beach was beautiful, clean, and not too rocky. We parked for free in a nearby condo complex about a quarter of a mile from the beach(all the public parking was taken up that day). There is parking for free right nearby, so get there early enough if you want the convenience. There are volleyball nets set up on the beach for you to enjoy as well! I hope this comment is more helpful, as the above comment is really just a terrible rant about CT politics.

You Actually Charge for This Crappy Beach and Boardwalk?
I knew Connecticut was filled with greedy people, but to charge people to park at a beach that is so terrible, no one
will stay for any length of time, is ridiculous! The bigger issue is why is the beach so crappy? Where does the money
you collect for parking go? Is it lining the pockets of you local Connecticut politicians? Connecticut has a habit of promoting
serving politicians to jail-birds. I think there are more Connecticut politicians behind bars than serving in office.
The only people you will find at Walnut Beach in Milford, are the people making it necessary that the town install IP cameras
in order to catch the violators who make a terrible beach worse than it already is. Shame on you, Milford!
