Directions: From East: Take I-95 South to Exit 11. Bear left onto Route 1.
Turn left on Ring's End Rd. & follow to end. Then, turn right on Goodwives
River Rd. continuing to fork in road. Bear right on Pear Tree Point Rd. &
follow to entrance on right.
From West: Take I-95 North to Exit 10. Bear right off onto Noroton Ave.
Turn left on Route 1. Turn left on Ring's End Rd. & follow to end. Then,
turn right on Goodwives River Rd. continuing to fork in road. Bear right
on Pear Tree Point Rd. & follow to entrance on right.

Description: Pear Tree Point is one of the most scenic shorelines in Darien, CT. This 8-acre tract sits at the mouth of Goodwives River. It features many facilities including a bathhouse, concessions, picnic area and a gazebo. This is a family-oriented beach, drawing locals and tourists alike throughout the summer. A public boat ramp is also present. Additionally, the Darien Boat Club resides here in-season.
