Description: This is a private beach located inside the Colonial Acres Resort in West Yarmouth, MA. It consists of a long shoreline bordering a tidal cove entrance. The beachfront is abutted by another tidal inlet, necessitating a long elevated boardwalk for access. No facilities exist here. No lifeguards are on duty in-season, either. Parking is available in a very small residents-only lot.

Turn right here & follow to Marston Ave. Turn left here & then make a quick right on

Description: This beach is located just west of Hyannis Harbor. Its far right border is a lengthy boat slip dock also acting as a jetty breakwater. The shoreline is long with white sand. Parking is available in a very small municipal lot and is designated for residents only. No facilities exist here. Lifeguards are not on duty in-season.

Description: This beach is located right on Hyannis Harbor. It features scenic views of Lewis Bay and boat traffic streaming in & out of the harbor. The shoreline itself is shaped almost like a point because of a small jetty breakwater. Bayview resides very near Cape Cod Hospital just over the Yarmouth town line in a residential area. Lifeguards are on duty in-season. Parking is free in the 30-space municipal lot. No facilities exist here.
