Winners will be judged by how well they communicate the spirit of summer in each category and overall. MoreBeach editors will choose the five winners and award cash prizes for one Top Prize and four Honorable Mentions as follows:

Top Prize: $200
Category Winner: $50 each
Winners Announced: September 22, 2009, first day of fall
